Alpaca switches are JWK linear switches with a 62g gold-plated spring with colours based on the SA bliss colourway. They have polycarbonate top housing, nylon bottom housing, with POM (polyoxymethylene) stem, and have 5 pins. These are specifically from the Nov 2020 retooled batch.
These have been treated with Krytox 205g0 grease on all surfaces for a buttery smooth feel and modulated upstroke and keypress sound. Springs are oiled with Krytox 105 oil to minimise spring crunch and ping. Deskeys white films are placed between the top and bottom housings, reducing wobble and errant sounds.
