GON Springs

GON Springs provide a way to customise your typing experience through 5 different weights. Compatible with all MX style switches.

These are rated for actuation force, which may be unusual as most springs these days are rated by bottom out force.

From feedback, they're a few grams heavier than equivalent bottom out weight ratings. We don't have precise testing unfortunately.

Tips on unsticking them

Springs come packed in a zip lock bag and many will be stuck together unfortunately. But there is an easy way to unstick them.

The trick is to grip the end of the springs and gently twist them back and forth, while pulling them apart.

This back and forth motion should quickly separate them without causing any damage.

It is a bit of a pain, but generally how most springs come. Some brands sell them individually packed - convenient but uses a lot more packaging, and is a lot more wasteful. Anyway, hope that helps!
