Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Be sure to include your order number if it relates to an existing order.
Returns - Change of Mind
We have a 30-day return policy should you change your mind on a product.
For those in Australia, we can generate a return shipping label, which will be deducted from the refund.
Conditions:
- Item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
- Item must be returned undamaged.
- 30 day window begins when marked delivered by tracking info.
- You have contacted us prior to sending the item back.
- The original delivery cost is not refunded.
After receiving your return and processing, a refund will be issued. This is handled by Shopify and can take 2-12 days to arrive.
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that are used or modified
- MX switch bags that are opened
- Missing packaging
- B-stock and any items explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page

Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at keyboard.treehouse@gmail.com
Before your order has been shipped:
We can cancel your order and issue a full refund.
This does not include Group Buys (GB) or where marked. See the Group Buy Information page or the product description for specific terms.
After your order has been shipped:
We are unable to cancel the order while it is in transit. Once you receive the item, you are welcome to initiate a change of mind return under our 30-day return policy above.
Damage or Issues
Please inspect your order shortly after receiving it - if there is damage, missing/incorrect items or other issue, get in touch with us and we will do what we can to make it right.
Refunds
If you are issued a refund, payment will be returned to the original payment method.
This process can take anywhere from 2 to 12 days, it is out of our hands once initiated.
Note: If a payment authorisation is cancelled, it will disappear from your card/account within 1-2 days as no money has actually been sent.
