Returns and Refunds
For all support requests or enquiries, send an email to keyboard.treehouse@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Be sure to include your order number if it relates to an existing order.
Change of Mind Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at keyboard.treehouse@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For those in Australia, we can generate a return shipping label and deduct the cost from the refund amount.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that are used or modified
- MX switch bags that are opened
- Missing or damaged packaging (except if damaged in transit)
- One off items such as those marked “B-stock”
Damage or Issues
Please inspect your order not too long after receiving it - if there is damage, missing items or wrong items, get in touch with us and we will do what we can to make it right.
Refunds
If you are issued a refund, payment will be returned to the original payment method.
This process can take anywhere from 2 to 12 days, it is out of our hands once initiated.
If a payment authorisation is cancelled, it will disappear from your card/account within 1-2 days as no money has actually left your card/account.
